Circle Ranch was officially designated as a domestic non-profit corporation.

Recognized as a 501(c)(3) public charity by the IRS.

Purchased 60 acres of farmland at 1690 Old Union Point Road, Greensboro, to serve as the future home of Circle Ranch.
Land survey and site plan were acquired and recorded.

Property annexed into Greensboro by unanimous vote.
Donated $50,000 Kubota Tractor for property care.
Secured rights to the city of Greensboro water system.

An anonymous donor paid $54,000 to complete the land purchase, naming the campus Circle Ranch at Bonnie Glen in memory of Bonnie Marie.
Began extensive cleanup of the property, removing old structures and landscaping.

Leveled and resurfaced a road on the property with new crushed stone.

September: Permits filed for land development by Landmark Construction to prepare for the first home.
November: Permits approved; awaiting the builder’s schedule to begin development.
